Weekly Themes:
Week 1 - Enter
A time to get acquainted with ourselves and each other. We will discuss, and dive into the reasons we have chosen to enter into The Cocoon Experience. We will discuss what we want to get out of the process, and set intentions that will inform our work as we begin the process of reflecting and strategizing.
Week 2- Shed
Resistance & Habit can be major two roadblocks to change. During week 2 the group will investigate how these two concepts have effected their individual journeys up until now. We will use kinesthetic techniques to uncover ways to shed resistance & habits that are no longer serving us so that we can transform with confidence as we execute our strategic plans.
Week 3 – Explore
The change is underway now. The intentions that were set in week one are now supported by the shedding of habit and resistance. It's time to explore the space of transformation. We will talk through the common growing pains of transformation, as well as, how the process of leaning into this transformation has been thus far.
Week 4 - Integrate
Time to get ready for this new chapter. During this process you have learned a lot about yourself now its time to integrate that knowledge into your actions so you can finish this transformation strong.
Week 5 – Unfurl
Now you are ready to step into your new power. Before you emerge from the cocoon you have to accept the embrace the evolution of you. We will look at the evolution over the last 5 weeks and take an inventory of the changes made overall. Accountability partners will share overall reflections.
Week 6 – Emerge
Emerge from the cocoon. We will take a moment to reflect on the growth experienced, challenges overcome and battles won. We will celebrate our work and discuss tools to support and sustain your transformation long term. There will be a special closing ceremony to honor all your work.

What is the Cocoon Experience?
The Cocoon Experience is a 6-week transformation incubator that provides a safe place for big changes under the expert guidance of Awilda Rivera, your Holistic Success Coach.
Is this a 1-on-1 program?
The Cocoon Experience is a group coaching program. You will have the benefit of going on this journey with other brave souls who are truly committed to doing the work of transformation. Yet, the program is designed to provide each member with the support they need to move through their individual challenges of transformation, and each member of the program will receive 2 - individual 30 minute check in calls with me during the program.
What is the programs max capacity?
In order to maintain high quality group sessions, meet with everyone in a timely fashion, and offer the most effective support to the group the max people in a given cycle is 10.
What time will we meet?
7:30 pm Wednesday Nights. July 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 and Aug 5.
How Much Does it Cost?
You have options. You can either make a onetime investment of $400 or you can make 5 monthly payments of $97.
